Since 1986, InfoTouch® point-of-sale applications have been successfully solving the business issues facing specialty retailers. Store Keeper POS uses intuitive graphics at the point of sale to reduce training time and cost, speed checkout times and enhance your customer service.
The software helps stores control inventory costs while minimizing annoying out-of-stock events. Store Keeper POS software is founded on Store Manager ES, which has been certified to meet the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) by Visa.

The graphical user interface is second to none, and helps cashiers ring up items quickly and more accurately than keyboard-based peers. Items can be rung up utilizing four differing methods: scanning, touch-screen button entry, UPC/SKU number entry or by description-‘wildcard’ search.
Full Customer Sales History is available at the point of sale and unique transactions like layaways, quotes, special orders and suspend/resume are a standard part of this module.
Integrated payment processing, including credit/debit/gift cards as well check verification and EBT, is a standard feature.
Additional features include gift certificate tracking, incredibly easy cash drawer reconciliation, integrated loyalty program, age verification, and a functionally loaded appointment book, invaluable to salons, rental operations, pet groomers and much more.
Inventory — This module is the core of the Store Keeper POS application. The system updates quantities on hand for each inventory record in real-time. Additionally, each item can have a retail price plus 9 additional price levels and be sourced from up to 10 different vendors.
It is easy to maintain serialized inventory as well as a wide array of sophisticated pricing rules — such as quantity unit pricing, fractional quantities, buy-one-get-one-free, case pricing, 50% off after a certain number of items, and more. Additional functionality includes kit/explosion sales and tracking, a printable “notes” field, substitution and suggestive selling, alternate keys, and open to buy for departmental budget tracking and reporting.
Bar code label printing functionality is available to print UPC price labels, shelf tags, and received item price labels. Store Keeper POS software also supports the sale of items by weight and multiple units of measure.
Customers — Sales history, integrated loyalty program, accounts receivable, frequent shopper pricing, and purchasing trends are available within Store Keeper POS. The accounts receivable functionality can print detailed customer statements and the reports section of this module can be used to print customer mailing labels based on shopping activity or inactivity. Shopping patterns can also be used to generate email campaigns.
Employees — Time and attendance and gross wage calculations are at the center of the employee module. All employees can clock in or out at any order-entry station in the system. Managers can monitor and adjust employee ‘punches’ at any station as well. In addition to hourly and salaried wage rates, the system calculates individual or group commission plans, individual or group bonuses, contests, and spiffs by employee. Employee shift scheduling is also available.
Purchase Orders — Integrated with the inventory module, purchase orders can be created automatically using the min/max/reorder quantity scheme, sales history, or by using criteria such as a preferred or specific vendor, lowest cost or fastest delivery time. Handheld scanning devices can be used for receiving and receiving by exception.
Reports — Access to an enormous amount of detailed information is standard with Store Keeper POS with the 100+ reports available with the system. Most reports have multiple search and sort criteria, providing maximum flexibility in analyzing operations. All reports come with the option of viewing to screen, printing, or saving as a electronic file for export to other applications. In addition, the Store Keeper POS application comes with extensive documentation and integrated online help.
